Mahbod’s work is grounded in a lifelong engagement with architecture and design, supported by a Master of Architecture and shaped by an international career spanning the Middle East, Europe, and North America. He began his professional journey by founding his own architectural studio in Iran, where he led residential and architectural projects that established his commitment to thoughtful, context driven design.
His practice later expanded internationally through projects in Turkey and United Arab Emirates, experiences that deepened his understanding of diverse architectural languages, craftsmanship traditions, and complex project coordination. After immigrating to Canada, Mahbod continued to refine his approach while collaborating with established design studios in Toronto, working alongside leading designers on high-end residential projects. These years strengthened his ability to balance creative vision with technical rigor and executional precision.

Today, Mahbod leads his own design studio, focusing on custom homes and bespoke interiors throughout Canada and the United States. His work is defined by clarity of planning, refined material selection, and an insistence that every space serve both aesthetic and functional purpose. From initial concept through final execution, Mahbod remains closely involved at every stage of the process, ensuring each project reflects a cohesive vision and a high standard of craftsmanship.

Drawing on long standing relationships with builders, artisans, and consultants, he brings a collaborative yet highly personal approach to every commission. Whether designing a family residence or a tailored interior, Mahbod’s work is guided by the belief that successful architecture and design should feel intuitive, enduring, and deeply connected to the people who inhabit the space.
